Race Equality Plan Consultation: Ending 17th June

The Welsh Government's Race Equality Plan Consultation aims to collect "your views on a race equality action plan that will help make Wales anti-racist." Not only is this consultation incredibly important for Welsh residents and organisations, but is also relevant to health partnerships, for example - how we engage with African diaspora health workers in Wales.

Via the consultation, the Welsh Government are seeking your views on -

  • their vision, purpose and values for an anti-racist Wales

  • the different policy areas that should develop tangible goals, actions and outcomes

  • areas of government work that may have been missed

  • barriers to achieving our goals, action and outcomes

  • their use of language.

This consultation period will end on 17th June 2021. Please respond directly or send us any comments to waahln@hubcymruafrica.org.uk to inform our response.
