Dr Julia Terry, initially appointed as Vice Chair to the Board of Trustees in July 2022, has stepped in as Interim Chair during a time of change for the Wales and Africa Health Links Network.
Dr Julia Terry is currently Associate Professor at Swansea University. She has a background as a registered mental health nurse and has rich experience in research and education in mental health, especially in collaborative working and community involvement. She says:
“I am interested in changing health inequalities and working with communities to support and drive change that sees better lives for all.”
