The Betsi Quthing Health Partnership have developed two one pagers summarising guidance on clinical management and also prevention and control of COVID19 for Lesotho. Note, they could be adapted fro use elsewhere in Africa because they are based on generic WHO guidance. BUT the criteria for oxygen saturation is 90% in Lesotho because of its high altitude, while it is 93% in WHO guidance.
